Issues with no sales for 100 days are removed from the site; purchased digital copies stay in your account.
Version dated 13 October 2026. Effective from the moment of publication on the site. The Rules are an annex to and an integral part of the Publisher Agency Agreement. Breach of the Rules is a breach of the agreement. The Russian version prevails.
On dpbee.ru magazines are sold in her own name by sole proprietor M. A. Abramova ("we"). We are the ones liable to buyers and state authorities for what is printed and sold. We therefore review every issue before publication and may refuse it if it does not comply with these Rules. You, in turn, are liable to us for the issue's content and the rights to it.
Magazines: photography, fashion, art, design, illustration, kids' and teen publications, themed issues. We do not yet publish books or other print products.
An issue will not be published, or will be removed, if it contains:
3.1. pornography (see section 4); 3.2. any depiction of minors nude, semi-nude, or in sexualised poses, roles or contexts, regardless of "artistic intent"; this is prohibited without exception and may be a crime (Art. 242.1 of the Russian Criminal Code); 3.3. depictions of people without their consent to publication and commercial use (Art. 152.1 of the Civil Code), and of children without the consent of a legal representative; 3.4. other people's photographs, texts, illustrations, fonts and designs without the rights to them; 3.5. AI-generated images that imitate specific real people without their consent or are based on others' works without permission; other AI images are allowed provided their presence is stated in the issue imprint (section 8) and the images themselves comply with sections 3–6 of these Rules; 3.6. extremist material, symbols of banned organisations, propaganda of war, terrorism, ethnic, religious or other hatred; 3.7. propaganda of drugs, suicide, cruelty and violence as a norm, or other information banned from distribution in Russia; 3.8. material prohibited for children in issues rated below 18+ (Art. 5 of Federal Law No. 436-FZ); 3.9. defamation, insults, third parties' personal data (addresses, phone numbers, documents) without their consent; 3.10. advertising of third parties' goods, works or services not approved by us in writing (by e-mail). If advertising is approved, you are responsible for compliance with the Advertising Law: the "advertising" label, identification of the advertiser, labelling where required, and no advertising unsuitable for the issue's audience. Advertising of prohibited goods is not allowed in any form; 3.11. malicious links and QR codes, hidden text.
Artistic nudity is allowed and is listed in the "Nude" section with an 18+ rating. There is no statutory definition of pornography; in moderation we follow criteria established in expert and court practice:
Allowed (erotica, artistic nude):
Not allowed (signs of pornography):
AI-generated images are judged by the same criteria as photographs. Generated images that look under 18 in any nude or sexualised context are prohibited, as is imitation of real people's appearance without their consent.
Borderline cases are decided by us; in case of doubt we refuse. A refusal is not a judgement of the artistic value of the work.
5.1. For every person in the issue you must hold a written release (consent to the publication and use of the image, including printing, sale, display of previews and the cover on the site and in announcements). Keep releases for at least 3 years after the issue is removed and send them to us on request within 5 business days.
5.2. For 18+ issues: every model was 18 or older at the time of the shoot, and you hold a copy of an identity document with the date of birth or other documentary proof. We may request proof before publication.
5.3. For kids' and teen issues (Kids, Teen): written consent of a parent or legal representative to the shoot and publication of every child. Children in photos are clothed, poses and styling are age-appropriate; swimwear and underwear are allowed only in a natural context (beach, sport) without staged "model" poses; no exact address, school, surname or age of a child without parental consent.
5.4. The same publisher may publish both kids' and 18+ magazines. We do not show 18+ issues in recommendation blocks next to kids' issues or in the general catalogue; do not link to 18+ issues from inside kids' issues.
6.1. At upload choose a rating: 0+, 6+, 12+, 16+ or 18+. The criteria are in Art. 7–10 of Federal Law No. 436-FZ. Any nudity, erotica, smoking or alcohol shown as a norm, and scenes of violence raise the rating. If in doubt, rate higher.
6.2. The rating mark (for example "18+") must be in the layout on the cover in a legible size and in the imprint. The law sets no minimum size for printed publications; as a guide, no smaller than the subtitle type on the cover, so that the mark is readable without magnification. For 18+ the words "prohibited for children" may be added.
6.3. We additionally show the mark on the issue page, in the catalogue and in previews, and pack printed 18+ issues in opaque sealed packaging. This does not replace the layout requirement.
6.4. All 18+ issues are listed only in the "Nude" section and do not appear in general search results and recommendations. There is no separate section for 18+ content without nudity: such issues also go to the "Nude" section.
6.5. The cover and previews of an 18+ issue are shown to a visitor only after age confirmation; until then the cover is blurred.
7.1. From 1 March 2026 consumer information in Russia must be in Russian. Enter the issue title as follows: the Russian title first, then the foreign-language version as a duplicate. Example: "Журнал FIGGI. Фэнтези и ИИ, октябрь 2026, выпуск 2318 (FIGGI Magazine. Fantasy & AI, October 2026, Vol 2318)".
7.2. Exception: a trademark registered in Russia may be written in Latin script without translation if you have uploaded the Rospatent certificate. The descriptive part (theme, month, number) is still in Russian first. Until you have a certificate, duplicate the brand name too: this also applies to our own magazines.
7.3. Issue description: Russian text is mandatory, English as a duplicate. The cover and inner pages are part of the work; this requirement does not apply to them.
7.4. Publisher name on the issue page: as registered (Latin script is allowed), with a Russian explanation, for example "Издатель: журнал FIGGI (Figgi Magazine)". If you are an individual and have not set a publisher name, your full name will be shown (you give separate consent to this at registration).
In the layout (usually on the second or last page) state:
We may add seller and return information on the last page or an insert.
If your publication is a registered mass medium, state the registration number and tell us. If it is published abroad, state the country of publication.
8.5 × 11 inches, portrait orientation, minimum 24 pages, page count a multiple of 4, file up to 300 MB, 300 dpi, sRGB colour profile, the first and last pages of the file are the covers, 0.25 inch bleed, no draft marks. Current requirements are on the "Help" page; in case of discrepancy it prevails. You choose the preview pages; for 18+ issues the previews and cover are shown only after age confirmation.
10.1. After upload an issue is reviewed within up to 3 business days. We check: technical requirements, rating and mark, Russian title, imprint, signs of prohibited content, rights (in case of doubt we request releases and proof; the review period is suspended while we wait for documents).
10.2. Outcome: published / changes needed (we say what) / refused (we state the reason). You may object to support@dpbee.ru within 10 days; we reply within 10 business days.
10.3. A published issue may be removed later: upon a complaint by a rights holder or a person depicted, at the request of a state authority, or upon discovery of a breach. We notify you with the reason and allow 5 business days for objections and documents; sales of the issue are suspended meanwhile. In case of an obvious breach of law (minors, pornography, evident infringement, breach of 18+ rules) we remove the issue immediately and send the notice with the reason afterwards.
10.4. Third-party complaints are accepted at support@dpbee.ru. A rights holder's complaint with proof of rights leads to suspension of the issue's sales until the dispute is resolved.
10.5. Repeated breaches or a single gross breach (items 3.1–3.3) lead to termination of the agreement and blocking of the account.
An issue with no sales for 100 consecutive calendar days is deleted automatically with an e-mail warning 5 days in advance. You may re-upload it. Buyers keep the copies they bought. We may keep the file of a removed issue for up to 3 years to fulfil paid orders, replace defective copies and defend against claims.
You may share the issue link with the buttons on the issue page. Announcements of 18+ issues on social networks and in newsletters only with the 18+ mark and without nude previews. Do not pass yourself off as dpbee.ru and do not promise buyers terms that are not in our offer (deadlines, returns, prices).
The sales report appears in your account within 5 business days after month end; payout in roubles within 15 business days after month end; minimum 1,000 roubles (smaller amounts carry forward). Self-employed publishers issue a receipt in the "Moy Nalog" app for the month by the 9th of the following month and upload it to the account. Foreign publishers are paid via PayPal in the currency of their account at PayPal's rate; PayPal fees are borne by the publisher. Details: Agency Agreement, section 8.
